Welcome to my Web Site. In here you will find a lot of information about me and my business, Mouse on the Move Dance Workshops, and also about many other issues relating to disability. I hope you will find it a useful resource.
For many years, I offered inclusive contemporary Dance Workshops and Disability Awareness Training and Presentations on a voluntary basis, only able to accept expenses because of the Benefits Trap. However, in March 2004, I was able to realise my dream and start my own business, under the banner of "Mouse on the Move Dance Workshops". I now offer professional services to a wide variety of clients, providing training and workshops in contemporary dance, disability rights, issues and awareness, communication rights and A.A.C. (Alternative Augmentative Communication). I also offer advisory services and access advice. Although my fees will vary, dependent on the amount of input and preparation required and on the location, I am highly competitive. I have worked in Educational Establishments, Local Authority Departments and Higher Education throughout the UK. To the best of my knowledge, I am the only dance workshop leader in the UK (possibly the world?) who delivers workshops using an electric wheelchair and an electronic communication aid.

I have attempted to make this site a valuable source of advice and information for disabled people, their families, friends and carers. If you know of any product, service or information resource that you feel would be helpful to others, please email me
It was with a great deal of sadness that I held the last session of Dance4All, the after-school dance club which I have been running since April at the Lauries Centre, last Wednesday (18th July 2007).
The children who took part were fantastic and I'm sure they gained a lot from coming. Unfortunately, without further funding, I can see no way to make the club financially viable - though I am still looking!
As part of the project, a Liverpool artist called Ben Small came along to a number of sessions and drew the activities. You can view the drawings here
